The Beginning...

In 1976 our family acquired a rural Estate located along the old road of the rustic village of Sineu with the intention of cultivating and utilzing the land to its best abilities through the process of crop rotation.

Year 2000

In the year 2000, armed with more indepth information from various sectors including expert nutritionists, and along with a greater awareness and drive towards a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle, the initiative was taken to start a project that had been on the mind of one of the proprietors for some time:

The development of an authentic Olive Oil, created by using a delicate artesanal approach.

Mission

“We have the Estate, and we can acquire the necessary knowledge to be one of the leading producers of Mallorquin Oil”

And so it began, 500 Olive trees were initially planted,

Goal Achieved

Today ourFinca Sa Cadernera it has more than 2,000 olive trees.

On it, we cultivate Arbequina Olive varieties, with a fruity aroma, as well as, picual with a bitter and spicy touch with which we elaborate our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Mallorca Origin designation.
