Adverse weather conditions and the impact of an olive fruit fly plague have hit olive farms in Mallorca hard.
In the 2024-2025 campaign, the DO Oli de Mallorca has milled 1,331 tons of olives, 78% less than in the previous campaign, when 6,052 tons were processed. In terms of oil production, 199,725 liters have been obtained this year, a drop of 78.18 % compared to the 915,319 liters obtained last year.
This drastic reduction has also affected Finca Sa Cadernera, limiting our oil availability. Since practically all of our production is already committed, this year we will not be able to sell our oils through our online store.
