Our Arbequina olive oil is a fresh and delicate oil, fruity, intense with notes of tomato, apple with a bit of spice, medium intensity.

It is great to accompany Mayonnaise, aioli, gazpachos, fish, pasta, bread with tomato...
In order to achieve the quality we desire, we collect the olives just before they ripen so as to ensure the best Olive Oil properties. The extraction process in the oil press in carried out by mechanic procedures in a traditional way.
